2. AVAILABILITY

If you access Wealthbuddy from areas\n outside of Nigeria, you do so at your own risk and you are solely\n responsible for compliance with local laws.\n

3. USER REGISTRATION

\n Wealthbuddy is an online savings and investment platform. In order\n to access certain features of the Website, you must register to\n create an account (\"User Account\"). When you register, you will be\n asked to provide information (such as your date of birth and your\n Bank Verification Number), as well as your current residential\n address, and/or any other KYC requirement as may be prescribed by\n the Central Bank of Nigeria or Securities and Exchange Commissions\n from time to time, for the opening of a Wealthbuddy account. These\n information shall be used for verification purposes. You will also\n be asked to choose a password, which you will be required to use to\n access your User Account. Wealthbuddy has physical, electronic and\n procedural safeguards that comply with regulatory standards to guard\n Users' and Clients' non-public personal information (see Privacy\n Policy). You are responsible for safeguarding your password and\n other User Account information. You agree not to disclose your\n password to any third party and you will notify Wealthbuddy\n immediately if your password is lost or stolen or if you suspect any\n unauthorized use of your User Account. As a User you agree that you\n shall be solely responsible for any activities or actions under your\n User Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or\n actions. You agree that the information you provide to us on account\n registration through our website or mobile applications will be\n true, accurate, current, and complete. For purposes of such authorization, you hereby\n grant Wealthbuddy and our third-party service providers a limited\n power of attorney, and you hereby appoint Wealthbuddy and our\n third-party service providers as your true and lawful\n attorney-in-fact and agent, with full power of substitution and\n re-substitution, for you and in your name, place, and stead, in any\n and all capacities, to access third-party websites, servers, and\n documents; retrieve information; and use your User Information, all\n as described above, with the full power and authority to do and\n perform each and every act and thing requisite and necessary to be\n done in connection with such activities, as fully to all intents and\n purposes as you might or could do in person.
